Who I Am

I’m a metaphysician, author, and coach trainer with more than 35 coaching certifications under my belt. Yep… I fell down the self-development rabbit hole and never came back out.

Now I use everything I’ve learned to help people grow in a way that actually makes sense for their personality, no cookie-cutter nonsense.

I wrote From Sidekick to Superhero to help women become the main character in their own story, and I created The Listening System™ to fix the one-size-fits-all listening skills that never worked for real humans.

What I Do

Everything I teach comes down to one thing:

Understanding people — starting with yourself.

I didn’t become a coach because my life was perfect.
